I build and think analytically across e-commerce, GEO, and growth systems.
I'm interested in how brands get discovered, trusted, and chosen.
My experience sits across two connected but distinct areas: e-commerce and AI search. On the e-commerce side, I've worked hands-on across Shopify, Etsy, and Amazon FBA, learning how storefronts, listings, reviews, fulfillment, positioning, and customer experience affect growth. On the GEO side, I work on how brands show up across AI discovery platforms like ChatGPT, Google AI, Perplexity, and Gemini.
The common thread is systems: understanding how growth happens, where it breaks, and how to make it more repeatable.
I care about how growth actually happens.
I'm drawn to the part of business where ideas have to become real.
The customer needs to be understood. The offer needs to be clear. The channel needs to make sense. The system needs to work.
That is the space I like operating in.
Whether it is an e-commerce listing, a Shopify site, a review profile, an outbound system, or an AI search result, I care about the same underlying question:
How do people discover, trust, and choose you?
E-commerce taught me how real the market is.
I've worked hands-on across Shopify, Etsy, and Amazon FBA.
That experience gave me a practical understanding of online storefronts, marketplace listings, customer reviews, fulfillment workflows, supplier communication, conversion copy, product positioning, and the small operational details that affect growth.
E-commerce is honest. Customers either click, trust, buy, review, or leave.
That feedback loop has shaped how I think about growth more than any theory could.
GEO is about being understood by AI before the customer ever clicks.
GEO stands for Generative Engine Optimization.
To me, it is about helping brands become easier for AI systems to understand, cite, and recommend.
As people use ChatGPT, Google AI, Perplexity, Gemini, and other AI tools to research products, services, and companies, brands need to understand how they are being represented in those answers.
This work can include prompt mapping, visibility audits, competitor comparisons, citation analysis, content strategy, and making a brand more AI-readable.
How I think about building.
01 Discovery comes first
Before someone buys, books, or reaches out, they need to find you, understand you, and trust you.
02 Systems beat one-off effort
Growth becomes more repeatable when the moving parts are clear: pages, listings, reviews, content, tracking, operations, and feedback loops.
03 Channels are different, principles rhyme
E-commerce and GEO are not the same thing, but both depend on clarity, trust, visibility, and customer behavior.
04 The market gives feedback
Clicks, rankings, reviews, conversations, conversions, and AI answers all tell you something. The work is learning what to pay attention to.
05 Clarity compounds
Clear positioning, clear content, clear systems, and clear customer understanding make everything easier to improve.
Where my perspective comes from.
E-commerce
Hands-on experience across Shopify, Etsy, Amazon FBA, online storefronts, marketplaces, listings, fulfillment, reviews, customer communication, and conversion-focused copy.
GEO / AI search
Current work focused on AI search visibility, prompt research, visibility audits, competitor comparisons, content strategy, and helping brands understand how they appear across AI answer engines.
Analytical growth
A natural interest in systems, patterns, feedback loops, and understanding why something works, where it breaks, and how to make it more repeatable.
What I am, and what I'm not.
I'm not trying to position myself as someone who does everything.
My work and experience are centered around a few areas I care about deeply: e-commerce, GEO, analytical growth, and systems.
I'm strongest when I can understand the bigger picture, break down how something works, and help turn that into practical next steps.
I'm not a full-stack developer, designer, paid media buyer, or traditional SEO agency.
But I know how to work with people who are strong in those areas, and I'm comfortable connecting the dots between the customer, the channel, the business goal, and the system needed to support it.
